This refurbished campus in the high desert area north of Palm Springs is plagued with high temperature extremes and high winds. The design incorporates the toughest plants available that also happen to possess a bold design impact. The design intends to glean the strongest aspects of desert landscape design with ease of maintenance as well. Bright colorful plantings should contrast nicely with the barren natural surroundings and groupings of trees will help provide much needed shade. Look for this project to be completed sometime in 2003 or 2004.
