This multi-unit housing project being developed by the Hollywood Community Housing non-profit organization is interesting for its tremendously generous landscaped areas behind the building. The site slopes about 15ft. from one side to the other and because of the lack of funding, required terracing with 2:1 slopes between pads. The design created a circular lawn area in the center of the space with a community vegetable garden plot in the upper portion and a fruit tree orchard in the lower field. This project is expected to be completed in late 2002 or early 2003.
